The Range Of Soybean Oil Produced By The Soybean Oil Press Production Line
The main use of soybean oil produced by the soybean oil press production line is in food. In addition to the production of traditional salad oil and cooking oil, it is used to produce a lot of shortening, margarine, mayonnaise, low-calorie grease and candy coating. Only a small portion is used in non-food industries, such as traditional epoxidized soybean oil (resins and plastics), paint chromophores, and newly developed biodiesel fuels and color news inks.
Soybean oil is yellow or brownish yellow and is a semi-drying oil. It is rich in nutrients due to its rich fatty acids, vitamin E, vitamin A, vitamin D and phospholipids, which are rich in linoleic acid (oleic acid) and alpha-linolenic acid. It has become a large-scale edible oil in the world (about 60% of consumption in the United States). Compared with other vegetable oils, the characteristics of soybean oil extracted from soybean oil presses are as follows:
1 high degree of unsaturation;
2 in a liquid state at normal temperature
3 can be selectively hydrogenated for blending with semi-solid or liquid oils;
4 partially hydrogenated, can be used as a semi-solid oil that can be poured;
5 Soybean oil press production line refining process is mature, easy to get high quality soybean oil;
6 refined soybean oil throws contain natural antioxidants, and the product soybean oil is relatively stable;
